My personal goal is for me to save at least 50k for this year. I'm actually very new here but if i can earn from here it will surely help even if it's a little.
I use a debit card which i fund occasionally if I need to buy some referrals or have to pay something. In my experience, it's safer because i only use it when it's really a need to do so.

It sure can be abused by debtors who deliberately doesn't want to payoff their obligations.
