What would this mean for Allegro Law Firm? Would the owner be disbarred or not? Would giving up the debt settlement business save the law firm?
I heard that American Express has issued an announcement to third party collection agencies to not accept offers from debt settlement companies (working on behalf of the consumers) - is that true?
