My background includes real estate broker, stock broker, mortgage banker and foreclousre consultant. As a foreclosure consultant my primary goal is to help people keep their homes. For those in the process and near sale, the goal is to help them sell the property to keep the foreclosure mark off their credit report.

I also teach a course at the local community college on reading and understanding your credit report. Inherent in the course is a how to legally clean up the report by eliminating the negative remarks and adding good accounts to bolster the rating. The law allows a remarkable latitude for people to increase their score and maintain a good to excellent report. I want people to start using the law to their advantage and force the collectors and bureaus to obey the law or suffer the consequences.

The manufacturer issues coupons and the store puts them right on the rack in front of the soup. These coupons are redeemable in addition to the coupons you may already have th...
