Usually, I check it when I log on and then again when I log off. If I'm online for a long period of time I may check it a couple more times throughout my session.
This site pays .01 to .07 cents per post. You say that it pays, do you have proof of payment. I have checked out this site and because it is fairly new I couldn't find anyone who had been paid yet. Anyway its free to join so I guess we can watch and see what happens.
