12-36 months is a long time for me. is there any way to make it FASTER?

hello everyone, i need help on debt reduction. i am a single parent and owe $14500 in credit cards. i work two jobs and still my income is not enogh to keep up with all the bills that have to be paid.  could you suggest ways on how to get out of debt faster?   thank yuo
