Are debt settlement companies talking or are able to talk to debt collectors/attorney's even after they have taken legal action against the consumer?
I think so..did you mean, "Do debt collectors/attorney's settle debt?"
You are correct, all answers pertaining to the in debt and jail issue are about - before going to jail or if it's possible to go to jail because of debt..and not while in it...
