My home and writing space is in Northern California in the town of Eureka. I work as a Legal Assistant (paralegal) for an attorney specializing in real property law. My husband is an appraiser with a local firm.
Our three children are on their own. Two are married with a total of five children (1 on the way). We travel to Connecticut and to Folsom, CA to visit. Our youngest is not married and lives close-by.
I found freelance writing after trying every other "easy" way of making money online. Nothing seemed to fit my personality, until I started writing articles. I've written and rated several articles for Helium. I have two blogs and am currently working on a historical novel set in the mid-to-late 19th century. Unfortunately, my time is limited with full time work, but I am taking classes, writing and reviewing websites.
I love to write and along with music (piano and singing) it has become my passion. My husband retires the end of this year and I hope to go part time and pursue freelance writing as an enjoyable and profitable online business.
