Not really. Budgeting is the way to spend your money most efficiently. You don't have to write everything down but you can keep a mental list of everything that you spent on and limit yourself.
I would agree with a lot of people here, however I'm in debt cause I'm a college student and am taking out loans to pay for my college education.
