Yes.. budget is the way to control. But the main point of controlling is our self. If you are discipline with this budget. You can control that. But if you don't, although the perfect budget will uncontrolable.
I always watch naruto :-), chatting, blogging, try to collect some cent from internet, and also interact with my lovely friends.
