Our house is not insured, but i always believe having house insurance is a good idea because we never know when accidents happen.
Yes, most of Middle East country are tax-free, including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar et al. Maybe because these are oil rich countries and government earn more than enough from this "black gold" resource.

Very inspiring, I hope I had done it before as well. I regretted all my silly decisions of buying new stuuf, branded clothes and anything that are in fashion. I should have saved earlier too.
