It said they recently sent a letter (I don't recall such letter, since I get all the mail from the mailbox). The recording stated that we call them with a reference number about the account, and call them between 7:30 and 4:30.The number is 800-489-8531. Anyone know about this number? I cannot find out who it is using Google, except maybe it belongs to Hillary Zarnow, MD. Address: 720 W. Central Avenue. City: El Dorado. State: KS. Zip: 67042. County: Butler. Phone: (800) 489-8531 ...We never dealt with this doctor, we live in Illinois.
