Posted on May 12, 2010 at 5:47 am It only means that there are other more trustworthy companies out there. That is not to say that debtmerica relief is a bad company... but if you are discerning, you would choose another company that has cleaner records.

Call them and ask them your questions. that's not to say - ignore what people are saying - it just means that in the end, it's up to you - and if you're wondering how to choose a legitimate settlement company- here's a guideline - -The settlement company's program must have a fast completion time. 12-36 months. -The program must be able to protect and improve the consumer's credit standing. -Must be a member of the Better Business Bureau, BBB, for at least 5 years. -Must also have a good standing with the Chamber of Commerce -A Member of TASC - The Association Of Settlement Companies and the IAPDA or the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators
