Hey car pack, forget about companies that have been identified to be deceptive, and how to identify them yourself? credit repair scam := they dont ask for any upfront fees before receiving any services. =they are transparent and can answer your questions =wont promise you that they can delete some of the negative items from your credit score, like bankruptcy, that cant be deleted from your score. =wont tell you that its possible to have a new credit identity.

your "credit score" which is typically calculated using the Fair, Isaac and Company (FICO) rating sysytem. A person's FICO score is made up of 5 different components:-35% Payment History - 30% Amount Owed -15% Length of Credit History -10% New Credit -10% Types of Credit Used If you undergo debt settlement, for example, or even before that, the component affected would be amount owed.

National Credit Associates is a West Coast Company specializing in Credit Repair since 2000. The people in Tennesee who were referenced here were a grouip of con-men who tried using the National Credit Associates name to give themselves credibility. Federal regulators closed down their fraudulent scheme about 8 months ago. The actual West Coast company has an exemplary reputation and is one of the leading Credit Repair Organizations in the United States.
