If this is Debt Rescue US's website, http://debtrescue-usa.com/ then my comment about it would be, that it lacks the features of a transparent company. There should be an about us section, articles, and not just a registration form, and links to articles by the leading national news agencies.

I just think that the better companies with cleaner records. What to look for in a debt settlement company? -The settlement company's program must have a fast completion time. 12-36 months. -The program must be able to protect and improve the consumer's credit standing. -Must be a member of the Better Business Bureau, BBB, for at least 5 years. -Must also have a good standing with the Chamber of Commerce -A Member of TASC - The Association Of Settlement Companies and the IAPDA or the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators

Hi B. Bertha, I think that many debt relief companies use the name, debt rescue - USA. If you think about it, debt rescue is about a program or programs to get out of debt. Anyway, if you're interested to be matched to a legitimate settlement company, you can also fill out a form here at destroydebt.com, it's free of charge.
