how to file bankruptcy in illinois - you have to decide if you're going to file Chapter 7 or 13. For Chapter 7, as per the 2005 bankruptcy law revision, you have to pass the Means Test for the state of Chicago.

Hi, one of bankruptcy's requirements, whether you're in Illinois or not, is credit counseling. So why not undergo credit counseling first (it's free) and not sign up for their Debt Management Plan. That's going to cost you $25/mo. for 3-5 years. Learn all you can, perhaps you can do debt relief on your own.
