Hi Lawrence, I think enough with Everest Debt Solutions, I mean if people can't say good things about it - then it must mean that it's time for you to find other debt relief companies. I wonder how much you owe? Your account status?

Right, if you owe $10k or more and your accounts are past due - you can do debt settlement, instead of debt consolidation credit counseling (was that what you were looking for?)

I think he's probably asking about debt relief scams. If so, it's been said, do your homework, check the company out before you enroll, if ever you do, make sure all agreements are in writing and signed by the authorized personnel.

If you've decided to do debt settlement, and are worried about scam companies, which admittedly, exists, here are some guidelines to help you. -The settlement company's program must have a fast completion time. 12-36 months. -The program must be able to protect and improve the consumer's credit standing. -Must also have a good standing with the Chamber of Commerce -A Member of TASC - The Association Of Settlement Companies and the IAPDA or the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators

Don't use this company it is a scam. I was with them for a year. Payed over $5000 in service fees, and they only closed one account for $.98 on the dollar. I am now filing bankruptcy because all the creditors are suing me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
