national debt stimulus notification, what is it?-- I'm not sure, but it sounds like a scam ..

Ignore that national debt stimulus notification - Basically, there's no such thing as a debt stimulus from the government to the consumer, so don't be fooled by professional or official sounding words. If the government has something for the individual consumer, it would be broadcasted on national TV. It would be printed. If a good thing is going to be done for the public, believe me, the government would make the people know about it for good publicity.

national debt stimulus notification - as the people above are saying, is a scam. What the government has done recently though, was passed a credit card bill into law - which is called the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 (
