do you have anything on consolidating debt without ruining credit? it seems impossible...-- in a way it is, as if you're already thinking about consolidating your debt - it must mean that your credit is already somewhat ruined.

Wait, just to be clear on what consolidating debt means - it is credit counseling right? It's not to be mistaken with debt consolidation loan. And credit counseling appears on the report only as long as you're undergoing it, once you're done. So should it be.

I think that instead of worrying about consolidating debt without ruining your credit, focus on getting rid of the debt first, because anyway, you can do credit repair after. Also, once you get rid of your debt - your credit should only improve.
