If you meant the program offered by the company National Debt Relief - you mightwant to do a background check as you'd find sites online saying that it's a scamcompany.

We don't know that for sure - but here's what people say - I got these online -

National debt relief program (not the company) probably pertainsto the Obama administration economic stimulus package (whichhelps banking industries or the business sector & not individualprivate consumers)
