If you are talking about bills - as in credit card bills - your question -If you have no one to turn to - where do you get help in paying your bills? - is answered -via a debt relief program. Depending on your financial situation - you can either do -credit counseling (Debt Management Plan) or debt settlement - yes there would befees but they are significantly more affordable than your regular monthly payments.

I agree and speaking of costs/fees - Management Plan would cost around $25/mo. after the one time set up fee./Debt settlement companies would charge 15% of your total debt amount -spread over 18 months or they will take between 20-25% of the settlement amount.
