Good question - let me just rephrase that to - Can bankruptcy be considered as the best of all debt relief programs -in terms of the type of debts it can discharge (?)

The best debt relief is bankruptcy - what are non-dischargeable debts -non-dischargeable--//-Child support or other debts related to a divorce settlement-Certain personal injury liability, such as damages related to a drunk driving accident-Taxes for which returns have not been filed or that are less than three years old-Student loans-Debts related to fraud

The best debt relief is bankruptcy if you're facing foreclosure or a lawsuit - not only would it discharge your unsecured debts, give you time to figure out what to do with the non-dischargeable ones, but it could also temporarily protect you from collection actions via the automatic stay provision.

The best debt relief is bankruptcy - ... if you're an insolvent senior citizen.
