I'm in debt - with my three credit cards. I'm waiting to be sued because I heard that that's what's going to happen sooner or later. Is it going to be the bank or collections?

Of course they're going to call you - unless you've changed addresses and numbers? In fact-your creditors, upon missing just a month's payment would call you. Anyway- how much is itthat you owe in total?

On who's going to contact you with regards to a legal action - it could be either. If your creditors are the aggressive type - then they'd sue. Of course they'd give you a notice & that usually happens before the 5th of 6th month of non-payment (before the account charges off).

You are going to be sued it means you owe them a big amount try debt settlement before anything.
