I took $60.000 in cash advances from 3 credit cards I have in the last 4 months plus $15.000 in purchases, now I cant paid my bills cause I dont have a job anymore could my creditors see this as credit fraud...thanks

Your situation qualifies for a debt settlement program but your account must be passed on to a third party collection agency for it to have a chance at settlement. Original creditorswould want to collect on the full amount as long as your account is with them.It is not fraud (criminal case) therefore you won't go to jail for it, if they sue you. However,if they do sue, it is for a "judgment." (wage garnishment, bank levy, or property lien).
