Is it possible to sue a collection agency in Houston TX ?Yes if the collection agency is in violation of the FDCPA - constantly calling you (at anytime, any place), harassing you, or threatening you- you may be able to sue.

That's a very good question! Aside from the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) the state has The Texas Debt Collection Act - which extends the punishment to the FDCPA violation to original creditors (not just collection agencies, like in many states).
