I saw someone post a thread similar to this and I also want to ask for your input on the First Choice Debt Resolution Group? SHould I work with them?

Basing it on online credentials the First Choice Debt Resolution Group is a member of the
TASC and the
IAPDA, both trade organizations that uphold standards in the debt settlement industry, and lobby for the rights of these companies in the local and federal levels. Looks like a good company to work with.

I think not. They have a D- from the BBB. While the First Choice Debt Resolution Group has only received one complaint from a customer, the rating is so low due to certain concerns and standards that the company did not quite meet.

Also, keep in mind that First Choice Debt Resolution Group is also known as "American Debt Relief Services," and if I am not mistaken we have done a similar review on them in this forum.

First choice Debt Resolution now has complaints filed with the Florida BBB, this as of 8/27/2010. I went to the site myself on 8/26/2010 and 4 months ago these complaints were not posted. They have also moved to another address: First Choice Debt Resolution 5340 North Federal Highway Lighthouse point, Florida 33064 There rating with the Florida BBB is an "F". thats bad, in case you didn't know. Having personally dealt with them I would recommend not dealing with them. Beware.

Elizabeth, that's a completely different company. This company is in Florida
