Hoffman Brinker and Roberts reviewsI found some online, and they're pretty positive. Looking at the their bbb record -- I say they're credible. No record of complaints too. Although are they a debt settlement company or  just a CREDIT & DEBT COUNSELING company? Is there a difference?

Oh that's an excellent review, thank you so much -- so they're a good debt settlement company then? If for some reason, I'm unable to enroll with them would you give some tips on how to find a good debt settlement company like HBR? Or can you already just recommend one with the same credentials?

If for some reason, I'm unable to enroll with them would you give some tips on how to find a good debt settlement company like HBR?-The settlement company's program must have a fast completion time. 12-36 months.-The program must be able to protect and improve the consumer's credit standing.-Must be a member of the Better Business Bureau, BBB, for at least 5 years.-Must also have a good standing with the Chamber of Commerce-A Member of TASC - The Association Of Settlement Companies and the IAPDA or theInternational Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators

I'm sorry but I'm going to rant now.. I'm very tired of everyone going by the BBB ratings to make their decisions for them.Look up Disney (either world or land i forget which one i looked up) but they have a D- rating.Debt Settlement is still a rocky industry and has a lot of shady companies in it, which is why the ratings of DS companies gets downgraded..the fact that they have no complaints on there is the reason they have the A+ rating I believe because the BBB pretty much goes by customer complaints.. Disney has 3 complaints on it and gets a D-, but think about it.. that is 3 complaints out of how many people that go to Disney daily, monthly, annually etc.

JaZy I don't think this is comparing apples to apples. Of course I wouldn't go to the BBB to look up hotel or theme park ratings. But then again I'm not entrusting theme parks with thousands of dollars to settle, and then on top of that paying them a hefty price with the off chance they are a fly by night. But just my .02 :)
