I don't think there exists a North American Debt Settlement Corporation....Oh and to answer your other question: what to look for in a settlement company:-The settlement company's program must have a fast completion time. 12-36 months.-The program must be able to protect and improve the consumer's credit standing.-Must be a member of the Better Business Bureau, BBB, for at least 5 years.-Must also have a good standing with the Chamber of Commerce-A Member of TASC - The Association Of Settlement Companies and the IAPDA or theInternational Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators

Posted on January 20, 2010 at 10:16 am I have one problem with this company. They called me on the phone and the person I talked to Winston was very rude. During his talk, I interrupted him to tell me I was not interested and he got very rude. I told him not to call me back and he told me that I called him which I did not. I am not looking for a debt settlement group.
