I need advice because I'm getting collection calls.For unsecured debt - credit card:If you are already getting collection calls it means that your accounts are past due, if your debt amount (total) is over $10,000 you can enroll in a debt settlement program and have that balance negotiated down to more or less half.

Where can I get a free debt consultation? I need advice because I'm getting collection calls.I agree, the debt settlement company would attempt to stop the collection calls, as part of their service is to represent you. The calls might not completely stop but they would be minimized.
