I just noticed on your list of BBB accredited debt consolidation companies........ that Christian Debt consolidation is included here.... Aren't they scamming or something? How can a scam company be part of BBB?

A Christian debt consolidation company as part of the BBB accredited debt consolidation company doesn't necessarily make it a scam. Sadly most organizations have used the term "Christian" in order to gain people's trust and entice them to avail of their services, only to shortchange and defraud them in the end.Not all Christian debt consolidation companies are out to scam consumers, which is why doing research, like what you're doing right now, is crucial.

Are these BBB accredited debt consolidation companies all non-profit?Some are for-profit, some are non-profit. You can also check out if these companies are accredited with the
NFCC so you'd know what specific standards they adhere to.
