The Debt Settlement USA BBB rating is an F, due to the numerous complaints that they received in the past three years. Most of these concerns dealt with customer service issues and contract disputes.

So what does Debt Settlement USA's BBB F ratings mean?It could mean several things but for the consumer, it is wise to look for better rated settlement companies. Those with A's should guarantee the consumer that the company is going to look out for his/her best interest- at least.

So what does Debt Settlement USA's BBB F ratings mean?An F rating from the BBB means that the company has received numerous complaints from consumers and also does not adhere to the BBB's quality standards at the same time. It is also likely that they aren't accredited with the Bureau as of this time.

Actually as of Jan. 2009, The BBB unilatterally decided to give the entire debt settlement industry an F. I checked Debt settlement usa out on the BBBand despite was is written above, out of over 30,000 clients that had about 116 complaints that were all satisfied. I did the math and based on the amount of clients along with the amount of complaints that still gives them a 99% satisfaction rate. I also checked with the BBB after reading this and found out that if any checked the BBB before January 2009, it would have showed that Debt settlement USA was not only an accredited member but also held an A rating......In my opinion, not doing your research or not disclosing all the facts to viewers is just as bad as not telling the truth at all...

On the up side, Debt Settlement USA BBB ratings do not include any government actions listed. I don't think the company's received that, either. Hope the abovementioned is fair warning to consumers who are considering the company's services.
