Cash advance before filing for bk rule:
If you take out a cash advance of $750 or more wait until 70 days have passed before filing bankruptcy.
I saw your other post, I wonder why you are filing bankruptcy. If your debt is unsecured - you might want to look into the alternatives to bankruptcy.

As Aurora has said, you have to wait 70 days for your cash advance to not appear staged. I am not sure if the court would accept the application or would not discharge the debt. Either way, you'd lose if you push through with it.
