I just got a cash advance from one of my cedit cards how long do I have to wait before I can file for bankrupcty and wont look suspicious

Hey there, hope this helps:

Cash advances on a credit card over $750 taken out within 70 days before the case is filed are presumed to be fraudulent and therefore non dischargeable.

Hi, if you are broke, know that filing bankruptcy would cost you a lot of not just money, but time too.

You would have to pay for the filing fee and the attorney's fee. Bankruptcy's impact on your credit is huge too.
