Can you claim bankruptcy on credit cards? Most definitely. Aside from that, though, you also have to declare
all the debts that you have. If you have a mortgage, it's also necessary for you to include that when you file for bankruptcy, as well as your car loans and other debts from various sources..

...and that includes even the debts you owe from family members and friends. In the process of filing for bankruptcy, it is crucial that all your creditors are listed down. If you are not able to include a particular creditor on your list, you may have difficulty trying to include them in the discharge, or the request for their name to be added may not be granted at all. (please verify which of these two scenarios will occur though.)

Aside from my question "Can you claim bankruptcy on credit cards" ---- Is is true though that there needs to be a certain debt amount on before I can file bankruptcy for that?
