Somebody help me get out of debt with no money to waste. Are you planning on reducing or settling the debt yourself or you're open to professional help? In which case, there would be fees to pay, and some agency/company background checking to do.

Somebody help me get out of debt with no money to waste.Okay - if your debt amount is less than $10,000 and your goal is to manage your payments, try credit counseling. They have what's called - Debt Management Plan. It is about negotiating your interest rates with the creditors so you can get at your principal much quicker.Credit counseling is non-profit but their Debt Management Plan would cost around $25/mo. after the one time set up fee.

Get out of debt with no money...how possible is that?Well, it is possible - but the possibility is not quantifiable. Like I can't give you a percentage or the odds/probability of something like that happening, but I think that it is possible----with a lot of luck. How? Say the statute of limitations on debt in your state is 4 years and it has expired. The collection agency contacts you about that very old debt. You asked them to verify it. They weren't able to. You debt is gone. and you did not pay a cent.Question is, are you really safe after that? No more liabilities?

Get out of debt with no money - how to get out of debt if the consumer is unemployed (?)The consumer may apply for unemployment benefits, if he/she qualifies, he/she can apply those checks to repayment. Incidentally, if the debt amounts to more than $10,000 and the accounts are past due - the consumer can enroll in a debt settlement program. The minimum payments to the creditors would stop and instead the consumer would be saving those payments in an escrow account- -to be used in negotiating his/her balance - to more or less half.

Hi Untouchable,When you say get out of debt with no money to waste, I am assuming you mean you dont want to waste money on paying somebody when you could use that money to eliminate your debt. Then you best option IMHO is do-it-yourself debt settlement. It really does not cost you anything more than a book on how to do it, so your not lost in the process. Then with the rest of your money, you put it aside until you are ready to settle and/or have reached a settlement with the CCard. Its really not a big deal and much easier than people lead you to believe. I used to do debt settlement and the methods are simple, anyone can do it. I also just wrote a step-by-step book on how to do it, it comes with everything you need, and its very inexpensive. Best of Luck to you! "Its not how much money you make, its how much you keep"
