How long ago was "a couple years ago," Baker Boy? Because you can only file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy once every eight years.
Besides, you can use a different approach in taking care of your debt this time around. I am sure you are well aware of the credit consequences after you filed for your bankruptcy the first time.

Right-o. If you're asking how often can you file a Chapter 7, you can only do so eight years being discharged from the initial filing. Additionally, if you have filed for Chapter 13 in the past, you can file for Chapter 7 four years after being discharged from the former.

Why ask "how often can you file a Chapter 7" if you can opt not to file for bankruptcy the second time around?
Karess has a point. You can consolidate your debt and depending on how much debt you have, there's a fitting solution to the problem at hand. Bankruptcy shouldn't be your only option in eliminating your debt because it will produce more unfavorable long-term effects for your credit in the future.

So what do you think I should do then?

In order for us to help you out further, could you tell us how much debt do you currently have, and if you have any disposable income?
If you're not comfortable sharing that information on a public profile such as this, what you can do is fill out a form on DestroyDebt.com, and you'll be matched with a qualified provider from there. The service is also free.
