Hi would anybody know how many complaints, if there's any, Green Path Debt Solutions has? I think it's important for me to know that, as well as their grade. Are they considered one of the bests?

Green Path Debt Solutions related to Green Path, Inc. It also has the same report.
Are they considered one of the bests? A related question is, what makes a credit counseling agency reliable and even excellent?

What to look for in a credit counseling agency:Credit counseling according to the BBB:Before you select a credit counseling agency ask for information on the following:Are the agency services confidential? Will they devise a plan tailored to fit your needs? Are the counselors certified? Are budget and credit education opportunities offered? Will your funds be protected? How?Is the agency accredited?

Aside from BBB membership (www.bbb.org) the consumer should also check its affiliation with the National Foundation for Credit Counseling http://www.nfcc.org.

RE: green path debt solutions complaints - i think the people above have answered that. and just want to say something about the BBB and the debt settlement industry. an F, for example, doesn't mean that the company is bad. the BBB nowadays, give a poor rating to any debt settlement company that's not five years old or older. which, if you think about, is a bit unfair - if the debt settlement company has a good track record when it comes to debt settlement percentages and consumers graduated.
