Paying for credit card debt can either be in a for-profit or non-profit manner. For the most part, though, non-profit organizations still charge a fee for their monthly services.

Right, because aside from paying your credit card debt through the non-profit company, you may also be charged $25-40 each month for maintenance fees.

Shaunice, it would take a year to three years before the settlement would be completed. Aside from debt settlement, there are various other ways on paying credit card debt. Can I use a debt consolidation loan to help in paying credit card debt?It certainly can but only up to a limited capacity. You will run the risk of having a higher debt amount to pay in the end because of it.
