It's going to be hard to discuss bankruptcy for the entrepreneur without an actual situation...

Hello can you discuss bankruptcy for the entrepreneur? Perhaps you can look into Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
What to expect from it? Damages? Business loss. Bad credit.
Who are going to be affected? It depends on if you're sole proprietorship or a small business with a partner/s....not sure. Also if you are in a community property state, and you have a spouse.
