If you need to pay your debt now, you have a number of options for that. Could you fill us in on that?

Are you still checking back on the forum, nowherebuthere? Nica's right--we won't be able to help you pay debt now if you aren't able to fill us in on your financial situation.
If you're not comfortable doing that on a public forum, though, what you can do is fill out a form on the top of this page. You will be matched with a qualified provider from there, and you won't be charged for any of the services, because it's free.

By need to pay debt now - did you mean to say that you have been getting collection calls or a court summons even?

Need to pay debt now - unsecured debts?
Okay, there are affordable debt relief programs available out there. If your debt is below $10,000 and the problem is the interest rates, you can try credit counseling. If your debt is over $10,000 and your accounts mostly past due, you can do debt settlement.
Somebody must already have suggested debt consolidation loans and bankruptcy to you but be warned that they should be your very very last resorts.

A good question related to this need to pay debt now is - if you can't pay your debt, what now? Especially if there already are collection calls.

The consumer should know that under the FDCPA, collection companies are to send the consumer a letter within 5 days after the first contact - containing the ff:
-the amount of debt owed
-creditor information
-what can be done to have the debt validated
Legitimate collection agencies know those. Any violation of the FDCPA could cost them a $1,000 fine.

Need to pay debt now or later or maybe not?
The consumer can read about "debtors rights" here:

This need to pay debt now might make more sense if it's about tax debts..
