Question: How does debt find itself in the bankruptcy court?
Answer: When the creditors/collection agencies sue the consumer in order to collect, because the consumer somehow was not able to respond to the summons in a timely manner.Can you add to this Q and A?

Question: Is tax debt really non dischargeable in bankruptcy?Answer: It depends on if these taxes are income taxes, if it wasn't committed via fraud, and if it's at least three years old. Those situations maybe able to discharge a tax debt in bankruptcy, also if the IRS have already assessed the income tax debt at least 240 days before the filing.
