Hi I saw that Debt Settlement Solutions Florida is accredited by the BBB. That's a good sign right? But has anybody here worked with them yet?

Debt Settlement Solutions Florida? Nope I haven't heard of them. But you're right, accreditation with the BBB is good -- but that doesn't mean that it's the best company for you..have you tried calling them yet?

You meant Debt Settlement Solutions, Inc. Florida.And I got this from the BBB's site:Our complaint history for this company shows that the company responded to and gave proper consideration to most complaints. However, one complaint is unresolved meaning the company failed to properly address the complaint allegations or their response was inadequate.

Debt settlement solutions in Florida work, especially for consumers that are already getting collection calls. In Florida the collection agencies are prohibited from further contacting the consumer with regards to debt collection once they are enrolled in a program, not only them, but also the creditors. That law does not extend to other states. Other states only limit the harassment from collection agencies and not the original creditor.
