According to their official website Mitchell and Kay P.C. offers services for accounts receivable management. From what I am also aware of they are able to settle debts with creditors.

Right but is Mitchell and Kay P.C. accredited with any organization or with the Better Business Bureau at least?

Mitchell and Kay P.C. do not have a BBB listing, nor are they affiliated with any other company.Seems to me like a lot of consumers have complaints on these guys. Has anyone ever worked with them especially in taking care of their bills?
