Anyway, you can try to negotiate with your creditors, if your accounts are already past due, that is. Have your interest rates reduced or ask if it's possible to freeze them so you can chip away at your principle amount. You can also attempt to have the principle amount reduced, just like what the negotiators in a debt settlement company can do...Or better yet, enroll in a debt settlement program.
