This means that they most likely handle the customer service and negotiations- and their clients are referred to them by front-end companies that handle marketing and sales. They are not listed with the Better Business Bureau. But, there website shows that they are members of The Association of Settlement Companies and the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators. There is no "About Us" on there website but it does mention that they are located in Dallas, Texas. I hope that helps.

Posted on January 23, 2010 at 12:22 am This company really messed up my debt.  They have done nothing for me.  I call them all the time and they do not get back to me.  I finally spoke to one of there people today and they moved to a small office.  The person told me employees are quitting because they are afraid the company is going under. Be careful with ADE and Debt settlement America.

Posted on August 24, 2010 at 1:49 pm I just called ADE to verify what kind of company they are.  I spoke to Tom Oneil who is EXTREMELY rude and I would not recommend working with this company.
