Posted on August 13, 2009 at 12:02 pm Hi there everybody,I was just wondering if anyone has thought about this.  A website where you could compare statistics, fees, etc.  One where consumers could rate companies in this industry, review them, complain, warn of issues they had... Something to eliminate the negative air it has associated with it.  If more information is at the fingertips of people, we can begin cleaning up the Debt Settlement industry.  There are way too many people that have been scammed, or paid money to companies that couldn't provide the results they were promised.  They have poor customer service, or poor business etiquette and people should know about these kinds of things before they start paying a company to handle their debt.What kind of information do people look at when they compare companies?  Fees, obviously.  Average settlement, TASC/BBB accreditation.  Positive BBB ratings.Just looking for ideas.  Maybe input from people that aren't members of the debt settlement industry.
