There need to be a law to stop these 3rd party debt buyers or collectors to stop buying debts for a dollar on the pennies knowing  people never did any business with them. Someone I knows said they buy up a bunch of debt at one time for pennies on the dollars. This is wrong. Then they make money off of people for more than what they paid.for your debt. Hard working people who own property, have  a little money in the bank are the ones they can go after. It is wrong. If the original creditors or their creditors who are 2nd party collects give up on you, that should be the end of it. Your credit is already messed up already anyway. 3rd party debt buyers or collectors should not be allowed to buy your debts. I messed up on my other post. I reworded it.First of all your creditors or their creditors would never go as far as 3rd party debt collectors in seizing your assets.
