Yes and I've come across this site http://www.topix.com/forum/city/casa-grande-az/T8PGA1D0U1VI8GBRAPeople are saying that Arizona Bankruptcy Helpers are not even lawyers...that they are scam artists..

It is a law firm..only they have paralegals working for them too. Like bankruptcy petition preparers? When consumers complain of their case not being handled by a true lawyer, that's probably what they meant and you know how it is with any company, there would be disgruntled clients and there would be satisfied ones. It's weird though, I type Arizona Bankruptcy Helpers in google and I don't get the company's website..

I think the better question to ask, whether or not you are filing bankruptcy in Arizona, is "how to find a good bankruptcy lawyer(?)." One that could really help you get a fresh start.

According to the American Bar Association Family Legal Guide:These are the questions that you should ask your prospective bankruptcy lawyer:1) Can I meet my lawyer before deciding to hire him/her?2.) What sort of questions should I ask a lawyer?
3) Is it proper to ask the lawyer if anyone else will be working on my case?
4) I met with a lawyer who referred me to another lawyer. Should I be angry?
5) What in particular should I ask about fees and costs?
6)When I first meet with my prospective lawyer, should I ask about the particular outcome of the case? 7) Should I ask if and how I can help with my case?
8) During our first meeting, should I ask what will happen if the lawyer and I disagree?
9) Should I interview several lawyers before settling on one?

Perhaps a much better question other than how to find a bankruptcy lawyer, whether you are in Arizona or not, is should I even file bankruptcy? Especially if my debts are mostly unsecured and I'm not facing a lawsuit and/or a foreclosure.
