I have worked with GREENPATH Debt Solutions and I recommend them if you're looking for debt settlement companies in michigan, i'm not promoting them, okay, i'm just answering the question on the thread.

Greenpath is actually a credit counseling firm and they have an office based in Michigan. They have also received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and have had two complaints from consumers in the last three years, one of which was closed.

How about the Laws and Specific Regulations of debt settlement companies in Michigan? Are there any standards that they should follow?
