Debt Solutions USA has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and have had six complaints in the past 36 months. FYI, they're also a credit counseling company, and according to their website stats, they seem to be quite successful in granting the savings that their customers need.

The company Debt Solutions USA also goes by other names such as No2Debt.com and DebtReliefUSA.net. Whichever site you go to, you'll basically be going to the same company. What I find questionable about the company, though, is that it claims that it can stop all collection activity--but in reality, debt collectors can still persist in their collection attempts even if the debtor is under a program with a third-party company. Can anyone who's worked with them in the past attest the truth of this claim?

The company is a member of TASC, too. They appear on the company's listing--so definitely compliance with good standards is a shoo-in.

How much does Debt Solutions USA charge monthly?I guess it complies with the industry standard of 15% of the total debt amount spread over 18 months or they will take a percentage of the settlement amount, usually between 20-25%.

I noticed that of all the countries in the world the USA has a lot of debt solutions companies around, is that indicative of the citizens character?

Chairman..stop being underhanded..In an economy such as the USA - active and aggressive - having debt is a sign of vitality. I think it's genius of them to come up with the problem --- as well as the solution to the problem. Just like writing a movie script.

What Cheetos Lover said.Working with a debt consolidation company is never a guarantee that collection activities will stop. If anything, the collectors may even persist in their attempts to collect on the debt. After all, they would want the payments to go directly through them.If Debt Solutions USA makes such claims, then it would be best if they did indeed furnish evidence on that.

What are the communists doing in capitalist thread?Anyway, it's that the USA has a lot of debt solutions companies around, and not all of them are legitimate so the consumer would have to do his/her homework and research the company first, before enrolling in its program.
