Hi there- let me ask you- how far past due are all of your accounts at this time? And how much could you dedicate per month towards paying off your debts? Let me know and we can take it from there.

Given your current situation one way on how to wipe out your debt is thru debt settlement. You may be able to pay less than the actual loan balance that you have--around 40-60% of that to be exact--in the space of 1-3 years. Your debt amount also qualifies for most debt settlement programs.

Settling your debt allows you to pay a portion of your debt to your creditor and the remainder of the amount will be deemed forgiven. You may either do it yourself, or hire the services of a debt settlement company. Settling a debt takes at least 1-3 years before the amount would be completed.

You can hire a debt settlement company and expect to pay 15% of your total debt amount in fees. And, most companies will spread the fees out over 12-18 months and include them in the monthly payment they establish for you. I noticed the name you used- do you have an account with Frye's office? I worked with them a lot when I was in the industry. Also, you can fill out a form on DestroyDebt.Com to get matched up with a qualified debt settlement company if you are looking for help.
